Production And Delivery Of Polyethylene Bags (Ldpe) Intended For Collecting Mixed And Selectively Collected Waste, Successively In Batches, Up To 14 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Quantities Of Bags In Individual Assortments Are Included In Point 4.1.2 Of The Swz. The Indicated Quantities Should Be Treated As Forecast Data, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Precisely Determine The Quantitative Demand For Particular Types Of Product, Which Depends, Among Others, On The Actual Current Consumption Of Bags By The Residents Served By The The Ordering Party For Real Estate In Individual Communes. The Ordering Party Tried To Estimate The Projected Quantities Of Bags With The Assumption That These Quantities Would Not Differ From The Actual Demand By More Than +10%/-20%, But During The Implementation Of The Contract It Will Not Be Obliged To Reach These Ceilings. Moreover, The Ordering Party Does Not Rule Out A Situation In Which Exceeding The Assumed Number Of Bags Of A Given Type Will Be Compensated Within The Order Value By Reducing The Demand For Bags Of A Different Type. Detailed Descriptions, Parameters And Technical Conditions Of Bags Of Each Type Are Included In Annexes No. 9.1-9.7 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least A 3-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Acceptance (The Ordering Party Notes That It Has Provided An Acceptance System Partial - The Warranty Period Will Therefore Be Different For Individual Deliveries While Maintaining A Uniform Period). The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order As A Criterion For Evaluating The Offers Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Guarantee And Warranty Offered By The Contractor In The Offer For The Completed Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Chapter Xvi Of The Tor).
