The Number Of Options Will Be Provided By The Supplier If The Recipients Needs Arise After The Basic Quantities Of A Given Assortment Have Been Used In Full. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Terms Of Minimum Quality Requirements, Expiration Dates, Labeling And Packaging: For Part I Of The Order (Task No. 1 - Household And Hygiene Accessories) In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Contract Template). Attachment No. 1A To The Swz Is Also A Description The Subject Of The Order For Individual Parts Of The Order And Price Forms, Which, When Completed, Should Be Attached To The Offer And Will Constitute Its Integral Part. As Part Of This Procedure, The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Warehouse Of The Social Welfare Home In Tursk, Tursk 28, 69-200 Sulęcin (Industrial Warehouse) In Building C No More Than Once Every Three Weeks And To Unload The Goods At Its Own Expense And Risk, In The Range, Quality And Quantities Specified In The Order Submitted By The Ordering Party (Recipient). The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of Successive Deliveries Based On Orders Placed In Writing, Depending On Current Needs, 7 Business Days Before Their Implementation. Order Deliveries For Each Part Will Take Place On Set Days Of The Week, Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. Exceptionally, It Is Allowed To Change The Delivery Hours After Prior Telephone Arrangement With The Ordering Party (Recipient). The Assortment Must Be New, Approved For Trading Under Applicable Law And Meet All Requirements Specified By Law, The Assortment Must Be Free From Any Physical Or Legal Defects And Have An Expiry Date On The Day Of Delivery, Not Less Than 12 Months. Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Template Contract) Also Specifies Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Delivery, Collection And Complaint Procedure Regarding The Subject Of The Order.
