The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel Oil, For The Needs Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Dźwierzuty, The Community Self-Help Center In Dźwierzuty And The Dźwierzuty Commune, Within 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In An Estimated Quantity Of 126,400 L (126.4 M3). 2. The Actual Number Of Deliveries Made Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Specified Amount Cannot - In The Event Of Smaller Or Larger Needs - Be The Basis For Claims From The Contractor. The Amount Of Heating Oil During The Contractual Period Cannot Be Determined Precisely Because It Depends On Meteorological Conditions Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Be Ordered Successively. Partial Deliveries - Including The Number Of Liters Of Heating Oil Supplied - Will Be Launched Each Time According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Its Unilateral Instructions Submitted By Phone Or E-Mail. 4. The Ordering Party Purchases Specific Quantities Of Heating Oil In Liters At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C, In Accordance With The Indications Of The Verified Measuring System In The Car, For The Price Specified In The Offer And The Contract. 5. Each Delivery Must Be Accompanied By A Product Quality Certificate. 6. The Oil Will Be Delivered By Transport And At The Contractors Expense To The Place Of Execution Of The Order: The Fuel Oil Tank With A Capacity Of 15 M³ Is Located In The Building Located At Ul.
