Household-Refuse Disposal Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Koluszki Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste And Mixed Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Where There Are: Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes, Used Only For Part Of The Year. Approximate Quantities Of Individual Types Of Waste Are Included In The Unit Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference. The Total Estimated Amount Of Waste Is: 19,010 Mg. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited Properties According To The Implementation Schedule, 2) Collection And Management Of Waste At Pszok In Koluszki 3) Preparation Of Monthly Reports To Monitor The Services Provided And Inform The Ordering Party About Any Problems And Irregularities Noticed During The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection Services, 4) Preparation And Submission Of Annual Reports To The Ordering Party Reports In Accordance With Chapter 4B Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733). Place Of Implementation: The Entire Area Of The Koluszki Commune, Including The Following Towns: Koluszki, Będzelin, Borowa, Długie, Erazmów, Felicjanów, Gałków Duży, Gałków Mały, Gałkówek Parcela, Jeziorko, Kakrętk, Katarzynów, Kazimierzów, Koluszki, Leosin, Lisowice, Nowy Redzień, Przanowice, Regny, Różyca, Słotwiny, Stamirowice, Stary Redzień, Stefanów, Świny, Turobowice, Wierzchy, Zygmuntów, Żakowice.
