The Resulting Sum Will Be Rounded To Two Decimal Places Based On The Third Decimal Place In Accordance With The Following Mathematical Rounding Rule: -When The Third Decimal Place Is Less Than Five, The Second Decimal Place Remains Unchanged; -When The Third Decimal Place Is Equal To Or Greater Than Five, The Second Decimal Place Is Incremented By One. Recalculation Of Prices At A Rate Other Than The Fixed Exchange Rate Is Not Permitted. In The Process Of Introducing The Euro, The Principle Of Continuity Of Contracts Will Be Applied. This Means That: - The Introduction Of The Euro Does Not Affect The Operation Of Existing Contracts With References To Leva; - All Values Specified In Bgn In The Contract Will Be Considered As Values In Euro When Applying The Official Exchange Rate And The Rounding Rules Specified In The Law On The Introduction Of The Euro In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Indicated Above; - The Introduction Of The Euro Does Not Lead To A Change In Any Of The Terms In The Contract Or Exemption From Obligation Or Performance, As Described In This Contract, Nor Does It Give A Party The Right To Unilaterally Amend Or Terminate The Performance Contract.
