The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Przelewice Commune In The Period From March 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Service Covers Two Scopes: • Part I - Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Przelewice Commune. • Part Ii – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Cemeteries And Public Utility Facilities In The Przelewice Commune. The Implementation Of The Order Must Be In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of National And Eu Law, In Particular The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Waste Act, The Environmental Protection Law, Implementing Regulations And The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Comply With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Przelewice Commune. Part I: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Przelewice Commune. 1. Material Scope The Subject Of The Contract Under Part I Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Przelewice Commune. The Services Are To Be Provided In The Period From March 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, In Accordance With Applicable National And Eu Law, Local Regulations And The Goals Set Out In The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Scope Also Includes Running And Operating The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), Available To The Communes Residents. 2. Characteristics Of The Area D. The Przelewice Commune Covers An Area Of 162.2 Km². E. As Of December 31, 2024, The Number Of Registered Residents Was 4,713 People, While According To The Declaration On The Amount Of Fees For Municipal Waste Management - 3,414 People (As Of October 15, 2025). The Possibility Of An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Inhabitants Within ±8% Should Be Taken Into Account. F. The Service Covers 1,448 Properties, Including: • 1,094 Single-Family Properties, • 354 Multi-Family Properties. 3. Containers Provided By The Ordering Party A) The Ordering Party - Przelewice Commune - Provides Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste At The Place Of Collection. The Following Are Planned: • Containers With A Capacity Of 120 Liters - Approx. 1,173 Pieces, • Containers With A Capacity Of 240 Liters - Approx. 272 Pieces. B) Each Residential Property Is Currently Equipped With A Container For Collecting Mixed Waste. 5. Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Point (Pszok) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Operation Of Pszok, Available To Residents Of The Przelewice Commune Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
