Scope Of The Order: A) Concept And Design Of The Gala B) Reservation And Organization Of The Venue C) Delivery Of Prizes And Identification Elements D) Artistic Setting And Personal Details E) Production Of Film Materials F) Communication And Promotion G) Provision Of Staff And Equipment H) Implementation Of The Gala Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1 To Swz I. Pursuant To Art. 105 And 106 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Confirm Compliance Of The Offered Services With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requests The Contractors To Submit: A) Proposals Of At Least 2 (Two) Places Where The Gala Is To Be Held, Along With Their Name And Address Of The Facility, Which Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Opz, Along With Providing At Least 1 Proposed Place. The Date (In Each Of These Places) Of Conducting The Gala (Event) From The Days Proposed By The Ordering Party, June 11 Or 12, 2026, From Which The Ordering Party Will Select One Proposal Submitted By The Bidder. B) A Preliminary Proposal Of The Event Scenario Including: 1. Time Frame (Arrival Of Guests, Start Of The Ceremony, End Of The Artistic Part On Stage, Reception, End Of The Event). 2. Performance Of The Star Of The Evening. 2.1. The Contractor Will Propose At Least 5 (Five) Performers - Artists Acting As The Star Of The Evening Who Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Opz, From Which The Ordering Party Will Select One. 3. Conference Services. 3.1. The Contractor Will Propose At Least 3 (Three) People Who Will Be Responsible For Conference Services Who Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Opz, From Which The Ordering Party Will Select One. Ii. Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above-Mentioned Evidence Together With The Offer And Should Exercise Every Care To Ensure That These Documents Are Complete And Contain All The Necessary Information Enabling The Ordering Party To Verify Their Correctness. Iii. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Supplementing The Above-Mentioned Information Once. The Evidence In Question Within The Time Limit Set By The Ordering Party. Iv. The Evidence Referred To Above Is Submitted In The Manner Provided For In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 70 Of The Public Procurement Law. - I.E. In The Regulation Of The Prime Minister Of December 30, 2020 On The Method Of Preparing And Transmitting Information And Technical Requirements For Electronic Documents And Means Of Electronic Communication In Public Procurement Or Competition Proceedings. V. Documents Prepared In A Foreign Language Are Submitted With A Translation Into Polish.
