Data Conversion Services – Framework Agreement With A Single Operator For The Execution Of The Rai Film Digitization Service (Phase 2). The Global Value Represents A Non-Binding Maximum Expenditure Ceiling For Rai, Without Prejudice To What Is Specified In Paragraph 5 Of The Technical Specifications Regarding The Processing Constraint Of A Minimum Quantity Corresponding To 50% Of That Estimated And Specified In The Following Table. Up To This Total Amount, The Contractual Services May Be Commissioned Through The Issuing Of Specific Implementation Contracts. Therefore, Also In Order To Fully Exploit The Advantages Of This Type Of Contract And Mitigate The Risks Of Any Needs Arising That Were Not Previously Planned Or Plannable, The Overall Value Of The Contract Is Not Subject To A Reduction, The Amount Of Each Implementation Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Number Requested And The Contractual Prices Of The Reels (Audio And Video) Resulting From The Application Of The Discounts Offered In The Tender To The Basic Tender Prices Referred To In The Tender Documentation (Group Reel Of Euro 360 Video Film; Merged Audio Films €200). The Overall Value Of The Contract Includes The Labor Costs That The Contracting Authority Has Calculated As Equal To Approximately 60% Of The Overall Value, Equal To Approximately 5,880,000 Euros, Calculated On The Basis Of The Ccnl Industria Cineaudiovisiva (Cnel Code G111) Taking Into Account The Estimated Hours For Processing The Reels Of Approximately 131,000 And The Hourly Rates Of Approximately 42 Euros For The Average Profile (For The Assembly) And 64 Euros For A Higher Profile (For Digitization And Supervision Activities). The Detail Of Labor Costs Will Then Be Specified In Each Implementation Contract Based On The Actual Number Of Reels Being Processed. Labor Costs Cannot Be Reduced Except For Demonstrated Reasons Relating To A More Efficient Company Organization Or More Favorable Tax Or Social Security Conditions Which Do Not Entail Penalties For Labour. In Application Of The Criteria Established By Art. 2 Of Annex I.01 To The Code, The So-Called Ccnl. Leader Of The Sector, Signed By The Comparatively Most Representative Associations On A National Level Of The Category, Referred To In Art. 51 Of Legislative Decree 15 June 2015, N. 81 Applicable For This Contract, Is The Ccnl For Employees Of The Cineaudiovisual Industry Stipulated Between Anica; Slc Cgil; Fistel Cisl; Uilcom Uilalphanumeric Code G111. Pursuant To Art. 3 Of Annex I.01 Of The Code, The Protections Guaranteed By The Ccnl Signed Jointly By The Same Trade Union Organizations Indicated Above Are Considered Equivalent Provided That The Economic Operators Workers Are Collective Labor Agreement Corresponding To The Size Or Legal Nature Of The Company.
