The Subject Of The Order Is The Long-Term Lease Of Printing Equipment For Rzgw In Poznań And Rzgw In Bydgoszcz, Together With Its Assembly, Installation Of Systems (Cw And A System For Counting The Number Of Copies And Prints) And Comprehensive Service And Operational Support For These Devices And Installed Systems For The Ordering Party, Provided On The Terms Specified In The Opz. 2. The Detailed Scope And Type Of Work To Be Performed Under The Subject Of The Order For Individual Parts, Including Their Location, Are Specified In: • Annex No. 4 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), • Annex No. 6 - Contract Template. 3. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: - Lease Of Printing Environment Devices In The Quantity Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Together With The Servicing Of These Devices In The Form Of A Service Contract (Payment System For Prints And Copies Made). Leased Devices Delivered By The Contractor Within Device Groups Must Be Identical, And Within All Groups, They Must Come From One Manufacturer, They Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025. - Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Lease In The Premises Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units Specified In The Opz, In Places Indicated By It, Within The Time Specified In The Content Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. - Service Of Leased Devices Described In Detail In The Opz. - Providing Consumables For Leased Devices Throughout The Entire Contract Period. - Delivery Of Cw System Software, Ensuring Integration Of The Software With The Ordering Partys It Environment, Along With A License And Technical Support For The Duration Of The Contract. - Providing Software For A System For Counting The Number Of Copies And Prints, Ensuring Integration Of The Software With The Ordering Partys It Environment, Along With A License And Technical Support For The Duration Of The Contract. - Conducting Basic And Advanced Training For Selected Employees Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Principles Described In The Contract Template. - Providing A License For Print Management Software With Technical Support And The Possibility Of Updating To New Versions During The Duration Of The Contract.
