The Provision, By The Holder, Of Nine (9) Kitchen Assistants, One Per Villa, Present From Monday To Friday; - The Daily Preparation, On Each Site, Of Lunches For The Next Day And The Same Evening For The Children Hosted And The Professionals On Duty; - The Preparation, On Friday, Of The Meals Necessary For The Weekend, According To The Terms Defined By The Buyer; - Management, By Kitchen Assistants, Of Food Supplies, While Respecting The Cold Chain And Hygiene Rules; - Compliance With Hygiene And Food Safety Rules, In Particular Haccp Standards, Particularly Relating To Forward Movement Or Progress Over Time; - The Execution Of Services On The Basis Of Menus Developed And Validated Within The Framework Of A Menu Commission Including A Dietician Of The Holder, Then Validated By The General Management Or Its Representative; - The Ban On Clerks Modifying Menus Or Accepting Any Request For Modification From Educational Teams Or Any Other Unauthorized Personnel, Outside Of The Exceptional Procedure Defined In This Notebook; - The Possible Participation Of Clerks, Under The Supervision Of An Educator, In Cooking Workshops With Children, Particularly For Making Cakes, According To A Frequency Defined In Consultation; - Daily Maintenance Of Kitchens And Preparation Equipment By Clerks;
