Air Transport Services - Internal And External Air Transport Services - Framework Agreement, Romanian Artificial Intelligence Hub Project. Occasional Air Transport Services Are Intended For Business Trips Of Members Of The Romanian Artificial Intelligence Hub Project, As Well As For Persons Invited By Members Of This Project. These Will Be Paid From The Funds Of The Romanian Artificial Intelligence Hub Project. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Minimum Of 2 Economic Operators, A Maximum Of 10 Economic Operators And Will Draw Up Subsequent Contracts For Annual Domestic And International Passenger Air Transport Services With The Economic Operators Who Signed The Framework Agreement, Which Can Be Revised Depending On The Amount Of The Services Provided. The Designation Of The Winner, Based On The Subsequent Contracts, Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Elements/Conditions Stipulated In The Framework Agreement, By Resuming The Competition Between The Signatories Of The Framework Agreement Whenever The Need Arises To Organize Some Trips In The Country And/Or Abroad Of The Staff Or Delegates Within The Project.
