Software Maintenance And Repair Services - Service Maintenance Of An Information System For Managing And Maintaining A Register Of Complex Permits (Cr) According To Art. 129, Para. 1 Of The Environmental Protection Act (Epa). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Service Support Of An Information System For Management And Maintenance Of A Register Of Complex Permits (Cr) According To Art. 129, Paragraph 1 Of The Environmental Protection Act (Epa). 1. In Fulfillment Of The Order, The Contractor Should Perform A Service Of Providing Service Support For An Information System For Managing And Maintaining A Register Of Complex Permits (Kr) Under The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) With The Following Scope: 1.1. Solving All Problems That Disrupt The Functional Capacity Of The Information System (Is) Such As: 1.1.1. Troubleshooting In The Program Code And Software Settings - If Necessary, Within A Period Not Longer Than One Working Day; 1.1.2. Assistance In Changing Software Settings - If Necessary; Within A Period Not Longer Than One Working Day; 1.1.3. Elimination Of Other Technical Malfunctions - If Necessary; Within A Period Not Longer Than One Working Day. Note: The Activities Under Item 1 Are Performed After Receiving A Notification Of Their Occurrence And A Request For Their Removal By The Contracting Authority 1.2. Review System Logs For Errors And Problems, Including Unauthorized Access Attempts - Weekly. 1.3. Software Application And Database Maintenance - Monthly. 1.4. Current Integration With Other Systems And Optimization Of Its Functioning, With A Workload Not Greater Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Man-Hours Per Year; 1.5. Consultations Of Users Of The System (Experts Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications) Regarding The Functionality Of The Information System, Within Working Hours (From 9:00 A.M. To 5:30 P.M. Every Working Day), Through An Automated Information System For Servicing Inquiries And Reports Of Problems By Users Or By Servicing An Electronic Address For Inquiries And Problems From Users, As Well As By Phone For Contacts Within The Working Day For Urgent Problems. As Part Of The Procurement Proposal, The Bidder Is Required To Present Its System For Inquiries And Problem Reporting. 1.6. Restoration Of The Information System And Data In The Event Of A Possible Crash, Including From A Backup Created By A Centralized System For Reserving And Archiving Data, Servers And Systems Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications, No Later Than One Working Day After Receiving A Notification Of A Crash And A Request To Restore The System From The Contracting Authority. 1.7. Update And Transmission Of A New Version Of The Systems Documentation In The Event Of Obvious Inconsistencies With The Actual Functionalities, As Well As In Cases In Which Actions Have Been Taken To Eliminate Defects And Errors, Within The Framework Of The Contract. 1.8. Within The Term Of The Contract And If Necessary, The Contractor May Be Required To Perform A One-Time Migration Of The Information System To Another It Infrastructure, Including: • Construction Of A Highly Resistant Virtualization Platform
