The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Access Control System Along With The Integration Of Security Systems In The Buildings Of The Medical University Of Lublin (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Also Called Opz). 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Offered With The Same Or No Worse Parameters And Quality Standards As Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject. 4. The Ordering Party Requires Training To Be Conducted In Accordance With The Principles Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz). 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Offer Of Full-Value Devices, Brand New, Not Samples, Undamaged, Unregenerated, Unmodified, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibitions And Presentations, Complete And Ready For Use After Installation (I.E. Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments), Elements/Modules Included In The Systems That Come From Current Production, Having The Legally Required Approvals And Certificates Allowing For Marketing In The European Union, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties. 6. The Warranty Conditions Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Opz Order. 7. The Description Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Presents The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, Including Technical Parameters. 8. Any Indication Of The Manufacturers Name By The Ordering Party Is Intended To Determine The Functionality Class And Purpose Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order And Is Intended To Establish A Standard, But Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer.
