About the Organization Pure Hands is an international non-profit humanitarian organization founded in 2012, headquartered in the United States of America. The organization works to provide humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable groups in the Republic of Yemen. Its programs focus on poverty alleviation, providing economic opportunities, and emergency relief response. The organizations activities are implemented through four field offices located in: Aden Marib Taiz Al Dhalee. Main Office Address in Yemen: Pure Hands Organization, Al-Muhafadh Street, Mansoura, Aden. II. Purpose of the Announcement Pure Hands announces the opening of supplier registration and pre-qualification for the year 2026. We invite qualified companies, institutions, and suppliers across various sectors to apply for inclusion in the organizations supplier database. III. Registration Mechanism and Instructions 1. Complete the supplier registration form via the registration link provided below. 2. Download the organizations documents, sign and stamp them, and then re-upload them through the same link. 3. Those wishing to join the organizations database who were unable to complete the online form may submit a formal written application. This application must include all data required in the electronic form, along with all supporting documents, and be delivered by hand to the organizations office . IV. Required Documents · Valid Commercial Register. · Valid Professional Practice Certificate (License). · Valid Tax Card. · Zakat Card (if available). · Insurance Card (if available). V. Terms and Conditions · Suppliers must not be blacklisted by any official authorities or international organizations, nor have any criminal or administrative judgments against them affecting their integrity or professional reputation. · This invitation is not a request for bids; no price quotations or technical proposals are required at this stage. · This announcement does not impose any obligation on the organization to issue tenders or enter into contracts with the applicants. · The supplier acknowledges the accuracy, validity, and timeliness of all submitted data and grants the organization the right to verify it with any party at any time. · Filling out the registration form does not, under any circumstances, constitute a commitment or guarantee from the organization toward the supplier. · Applicants may apply for more than one category, provided they attach similar previous contracts with other organizations for each category. · The organization reserves the right to request additional documents or information as needed. · Qualification applications will be evaluated according to the criteria and procedures approved by the organizations management. · The deadline for submission is January 31, 2026.
