Supervision Of Building Work – Supplying Ships With Electricity From Land - Engineering Supervision. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Services Of Expert Supervision Over The Design And Execution Of Works As Part Of The Project For The Construction Of Two Systems For The Supply Of Electricity To Ships From Land (Ops) At The Jadranska Vrata Container Terminal (Agct) And The Rijeka Gateway Container Terminal (Rgwct) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project). The Project Is Implemented In Order To Fulfill The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2023/1804 On Infrastructure For Alternative Fuels. The Project Includes The Creation Of Project Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Procurement And Installation Of Ops Equipment And Putting The System Into Operation, And The Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Single Design And Construction Contract. The Expected Outcome Is To Ensure The Use Of The Ops System At Both Terminals, With The Capacities Of Two Supply Points Of 3.75 Mw Or One Of 7.5 Mw At Each Terminal. Within This Procurement Procedure, The Selected Tenderer Will Be Obliged To Provide The Following Services: - Roles And Responsibilities Of The Engineer In Accordance With The Fidic Conditions Of Contract For Design And Construction (Yellow Book, 1999, With Special Conditions For The Project); - Control Of The Contractors Design In Order To Ensure Compliance With Applicable Laws, Standards (Including Iec/Ieee 80005), Professional Rules And The Clients Requirements; - Professional Supervision Of Construction In Accordance With The Construction Act And All Applicable Regulations - Services Of The Occupational Safety Coordinator During Design And Construction According To The Occupational Safety Act (Official Gazette No. 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18) And The Ordinance On Occupational Safety On Temporary Construction Sites (Official Gazette No. 48/18); - Fulfillment Of All Additional Obligations Specified In The Job Description And Procurement Documentation.
