Street-Lighting Maintenance Services - Maintenance Of Public Lighting. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Maintenance Of Public Lighting For The Management And Maintenance Of Public Lighting Installations In The Area Of ​​Podgore Municipality, Which Includes Ongoing Maintenance Of Public Lighting And Occasional Illumination, In Accordance With The Decision On Communal Activities, Which Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Written Contract (Gazette Of Podgore Municipality No. 6/19 And 40/25) And The Cost Sheet, Which Form An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. Based On The Public Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Economic Entity For A Period Of Four Years. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Four Annual Contracts Will Be Concluded On The Entrustment Of Public Lighting Maintenance. The Subject Of Procurement Will Be Executed Successively, According To The Needs Of The Client, And Based On The Written Order Of The Unified Administrative Department. Illumination (Christmas And New Years Decoration) Must Be Carried Out In The Period From November 1 To December 1 Of The Current Year, As Well As Dismantling Within 30 Days Of The Order Of The Client. The Bidder Is Obliged To Respond To Regular Or Urgent/Extraordinary Intervention At The Request/Order Of The Client (Or Reports Of Failure By Emergency Services - Police, Firemen, 112, Etc.). If There Is A Need For Intervention Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Intervention, I.E. Elimination Of Defects, And Eliminate The Defect In The Shortest Possible Time, Regardless Of Weather Conditions And Time Of Day. For Interventions, It Is Necessary To Respond Every Day, Holiday And Holiday And Perform The Necessary Actions According To The Order Of The Client. Emergency Interventions Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Basis Of An Order, That Is, A Failure Report By The Client (The Client Gives An Order For Intervention By Phone, E-Mail Or In Another Appropriate Way) Or A Failure Report By Emergency Services (Police, Firemen, 112, Etc.).
