The Subject Of The Basic Order Is: 1) Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of Two Types Of Switches Dedicated To Handling Traffic In The Data Processing Center, From One Manufacturer, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment, In The Following Quantities: A) Type 1 Switch - 20 Pieces Together With The Necessary Software Guaranteeing The Functionality Required By The Ordering Party Specified In The Opz, B) Type 2 Switch - 12 Pieces Together With The Necessary Software Guaranteeing The Functionality Required By The Ordering Party Specified In The Opz, 2) Implementation Equipment, Consisting In The Configuration Of The Delivered Equipment With The Ordering Partys Infrastructure In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Opz, 3) Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation For The Implementation Of The Equipment, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz, 4) Granting A Guarantee And Warranty For The Delivered Equipment, On The Terms Specified In The Opz, For A Period Of At Least 36 Months (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer - The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers), Counted From The Date Of Signing Implementation Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, - Within 60 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract. 6.1.3. The Subject Of The Optional Order Is: 1) Delivery Of Type 1 Or Type 2 Switches Referred To In Point 6.1.2.1) Idw, Together With The Necessary Software Guaranteeing The Functionality Of The Equipment Configured With The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Required By The Ordering Party (In Opz), 2) With A Total Value Not Exceeding Pln 200,000.00 Gross, 3) Ordered By The Ordering Party In One Or More Partial Orders, Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement On The Implementation Of The Basic Order, 4) Each Completed Within 90 Days From The Date Of The Order, 5) Through The Delivery And Implementation Of The Equipment, Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation And Granting A Warranty To The Extent And On The Terms Specified In Points 6.1.2.2) - 4) Idw. 6.1.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Manufacturer Of The Switches Offered As Part Of The Basic And Optional Order Must Be Classified In The Leader Quadrant Of Manufacturers Of Type 1 And Type 2 Core Switches In The Wired/Wireless Lan Access Infrastructure Category Of The Gartner Magic Quadrant Report (Or Equivalent) In The Last 5 Years. As Equivalent To The Gartner Report, The Ordering Party Will Also Accept Another Report: • Publicly Available, • Widely Accepted, • Having The Character Of An External And Objective Market Report On Firewall Devices, • Which Provides Analysis, Insight Into The Direction And Maturity Of Participants
