The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Including The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Reverse Osmosis Installation For The Treatment Of Leachate Water At The Waste Landfill Of The City Of Poznań In Suchy Las. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A. Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Reverse Osmosis Installation For The Treatment Of Leachate Water; B. Delivery And Installation Of A Program Enabling Remote Connection To The Installation Supervision (Scada) And Software Enabling Control Of The Operation Of The Leachate Treatment Plant On A Separate Physical Medium Compatible With Computers Running The Ms Windows Operating System; C. Conducting Training In The Operation Of The Leachate Treatment Installation For A Maximum Of 8 People; D. Selection, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of At Least 2 Pumps Intended For Pumping Leachate From The Intermediate Well To The Treatment Installation; E. Carrying Out Preparatory Work In The Building In Which The Reverse Osmosis Installation Will Be Installed, Consisting In Particular In Dismantling The Existing Installation, Performing Painting Works And Repairing The Floor, Repairing Walls And Ceiling, Delivering And Installing Heating Equipment. F. Design And Construction Of A Technical Device In The Form Of A Mechanical Ventilation System For The Leachate Treatment Plant Building; G. Design And Implementation Of Exhaust Ventilation For Closed Tanks. H. Designing And Equipping The Installation And The Facility With Devices Ensuring Occupational Health And Safety, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations 2. The Ordering Party Requires That All Storage Tanks, I.E. Raw Leachate, Treated Leachate And Necessary Chemicals, Along With Their Accessories: Pump, Base, Second Jacket, Covers, Pipe Connections, Gratings, Etc., Be Replaced With New Ones And Installed In Part B Of The Building, Where The Currently Existing Installation Operated Tanks For Treated Leachate, Necessary Chemicals And Preparation For The Raw Leachate Process - The Building Plan Is Attached As Annex No. 1B To The Swz. The Arrangement Of All Installation Elements Should Be Designed And Constructed In A Way That Allows Easy And Safe Operation, Maintenance And Replacement Of Individual Elements Of The Installation. The Contractor Will Design The Installations Based On The Test Results Of Raw Leachate And Leachate From The Green And Biodegradable Waste Processing Installations - The Test Results Constitute Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires A 36-Month Warranty For The Entire Delivery, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Subject Of The Contract, I.E. After Failure-Free Trial Operation Of The Installation Lasting For A Period Of 31 Days. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Business Activity Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Agreement For An Insurance Sum Corresponding To At Least
