The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation In The Design And Build Formula Of Five Missing Sections Of Sidewalks In Various Locations In The Kokoszki District, Along With Lighting - Under Part No. 1 Of The Order, These Are: 1) Location 1 - Construction Of A Sidewalk At Ul. Azaliowa In The Kokoszki District;2) Location 2 - Construction Of A Sidewalk At Ul. Osiedlowa In The Kokoszki District.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. I Includes: - Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of Sidewalks, Including The Construction Of Sidewalk Lighting, - Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works Or Obtaining Acceptance Of The Works Notification Without Objection; - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The First Acceptance Object; - Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Buildings Covered By The Subject Of The Order Or To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7, And The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz.
