1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Administrative Building On The Premises Of The Museum In Szreniawa. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Replacement Of Two Pairs Of External Doors To The Building, • Bricking Up The Window Opening In The Front Façade Of The Building, • Change In The Arrangement Of Rooms, • Replacement Of Floor Surfaces Along With Leveling Of Floor Layers And Accompanying Works, • Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery Along With Adjusting The Size Of Door Openings And Replacing Lintels With New Pre-Stressed Concrete Ones, • Renovation Of Wall And Ceiling Claddings, • Renovation Of Sanitary Installations: Water And Sewage, Air Conditioning, Construction Of A Hydrant Installation, • Renovation Of Electrical Installations: Lighting, Sockets, And Power Supply Devices, • Renovation Of The Cladding Of External Stairs, Driveway And Landing At The Main Entrance To The Building, Including Replacement Of The Cladding Made Of Granite Slabs, • Renovation Of Hardening At The Building, • Construction Of A Roof Over The Four Entrances To The Building, • Demolition Works Including Waste Disposal, • Necessary Accompanying Works Supplementing The Above Scope Of Works. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Executive Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. Before Submitting An Offer, Under Penalty Of Rejection, The Contractor Applying For The Contract In Question Is Obliged To Conduct An On-Site Inspection Of The Work Site In Order To Assess The Current Condition Of The Building. The Visit Will Be Possible From January 7 To January 9, 2026, From January 12 To January 16, 2026 And On January 19, 2026 From 10.00 - 14.00, After Prior Notification To The Ordering Party Of The Intention To Carry Out A Visit. The Notification Should Be Made Electronically, Via The E-Order Platform, No Later Than 09:00 On A Given Day (Among The Days Indicated By The Ordering Party) On Which The Contractor Intends To Carry Out An On-Site Visit, Indicating The Number Of People And The Time Of Arrival. Vision Is Mandatory.
