The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Final Decisions On The Building Permit Or No Objection To Be Submitted, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Task For The Investment Called: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And Reconstruction Of The Water Pipeline In Brudzowice In The Siewierz Commune.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Purpose Of The Planned Investment Is In Particular: A) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Branches To The Property, B) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network Along With Connections To The Borders With A Private Plot In The Scope Indicated In Graphic Attachment No. 3 (Appendix No. 3 To Swz), Including In Particular: Ul. Krzanów, Ul. Szkolna, Ul. Gajowa, Ul. Jagodowa In Brudzowice.C) Reconstruction Works Of Road Surfaces, Entrances, Sidewalks And Green Areas And Other Infrastructure Elements,D) Construction Of Possible Pumping Stations Along With The Necessary Infrastructure.2) The Project For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System Should Cover The Area Marked Indicatively In Graphic Attachment No. 1 (Appendix No. 1 To Swz), And In Particular Include The Following Streets In Brudzowice: Ul. Główna, Ul. Szkolna, Ul. Gajowa, Ul. Osiedlowa, Ul. Foresters House, Ul. Cisowa, Ul. Jagodowa, Ul. Krzanów, Along With Other Side Streets And Access Streets To Developed Properties. Należy Zaprojektować Odgałęzienia Kanalizacji Sanitarnej Do Zabudowanych Nieruchomości Objętych Zakresem Opracowania. Branches To Undeveloped Plots Should Be Designed In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 3) The Scope Of The Task Also Includes The Design Of A Discharge Collector To Be Connected On Plot No. 862/25 Or 862/26 To The Existing Collector At Warszawska Street In Siewierz. The Connection Point Is Marked In Annex No. 2 (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).4) The Project Must Include The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network And Connections, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Water And Sewerage Services Plant In Siewierz (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).5) The Preparation Of The Documentation Must Take Into Account The Preliminary Conditions From The District Road Administration In Będzin With Its Headquarters In Rogoźnik (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And Subsequent Arrangements Obtained At The Design Stage By The Designer. 6) After Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, And Before Commencing The Design, The Contractor Will Conduct Consultations With The Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Project Area In Order To Identify The Needs For The Construction Of Sanitary Sewage Connections And The Construction Or Reconstruction Of Entrances To The Property, As Well As Possible Terrain, Technological Or Ownership Problems. 7) The Project Should Include All Reconstruction Works, Including Reconstruction After The Designed Works.
