1.1. Name Given To The Order By The Ordering Party: Modernization Of The Existing Playground At Ul. Jędrzychowska Plot No. 196/9 Rev. 0039.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Existing Playground At Ul. Jędrzychowska, Plot No. 196/9, Area 0039. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A) Dismantling And Disposal Of Used Wooden Playground Equipment, Benches, Sandbox, Fragments Of Fencing And Other Elements Of Small Architecture, B) Construction Of Safe Sand Surfaces In The Zones Where The Equipment Is Used, C) Installation Of New Playground Equipment (Including Rockers, Swings, Integration Set, Fitness Set, Terrain Slide, Climbing Rails, Sandboxes), D) Installation Of New Benches And Construction Of A New Panel Fence, E) Construction Of An Approach Path Made Of Aggregate Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, F) Planting Greenery, Including 14 Trees As Replacement Plantings, G) Carrying Out Tree Felling In Accordance With The Administrative Decision, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.3. Swz.1.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To The Swz. 1.4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months And Warranty For Work Defects For A Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.1.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor.
