Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion, Reconstruction With Partial Demolition And Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building Intended For The Implementation Of Social Services In Nowy Dwór Gdański, Ul. Maria Konopnicka, On Plot No. 519, 553. The Building Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. Scope Of Work: A) Removal Of The Northern Annex As An Extraneous Element In The Original Building, And Partial Demolition (To The Floor Level) Of The Annex In The South-Eastern Corner Of The Building; Demolition Of A Wheelchair R In The Northern Façade, Reconstruction Of The Windows On The Ground Floor And In The Basement; Construction Of A Structure For The Glass Enclosure Of The Winter Garden On The Floor Of The Demolished Annex; B) Before Demolition And Reconstruction Of Structural Elements In The Outline Of The New Staircase And Elevator, The Ceilings Should Be Stamped On All Floors In The Buildings In The Zone Immediately Adjacent To The Planned Demolitions; C) Complete Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Consisting Of External Thermal Insulation That Meets Current Requirements, Replacement Of All Windows And External Doors. The Window Joinery Will Be Mounted In The Face Of The Brick Wall So As To Maintain The Current Recess Of The Windows In The Buildings Façade. Thermal Modernization Of The Roof Will Be Carried Out After Dismantling The Existing Roof Tiles And Wooden Battens On The Existing Roof Formwork. D) Internal Pass-Through Elevator, The Entrance To Which Is Located At Ground Level Outside The Building. The Entrance To The Elevator Is Located In A Glass Vestibule In The Same Structure As The Winter Garden. The Construction Of The Elevator Involves Bricking Up The Windows In The Front Elevation And Preserving Their Drawing On The Facade. Due To The High Level Of Groundwater And The Preservation Of The Current Shape Of The Roof, The Elevator Will Not Serve The Basement And Attic; E) Construction Of A New Staircase Connecting All Floors Of The Building; Dismantling The Existing Wooden Stairs And Reinforced Concrete Stairs To The Basement And Rebuilding The Ceilings Of Individual Floors, Including A New Staircase; F) Demolition Of The Existing Ones And Construction Of New Floors In The Underground Floor; Construction Of New External Vertical Insulation Of All Structural Walls Of The Building And Horizontal Under-Floor Insulation; G) Reconstruction Of Ground Floor Rooms: Combining Existing Rooms No. 2 And 5 Into One Room With A Movable Partition Wall Enabling Temporary Re-Division Of Rooms In Accordance With The Users Needs; Construction Of A Kitchen, Mens And Womens Toilets And For Wheelchair Users; H) Reconstruction Of The First Floor Rooms; I) Reconstruction Of The Attic; J) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Connections, Heating Network, Utility Water And Sanitary Sewage Installations, Heating Installation, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning; K) Construction Of Kitchen Furniture And Delivery Of Household Appliances: Refrige
