Through The Following Works:• Preparatory And Demolition Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including: Dismantling The Existing Ineffective Coal-Fired Heat Source • Adapting The Boiler Room And Fuel Storage To Current Fire Protection Regulations • Modernization Of The Heat Source For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water By Installing Biomass Boilers With A Total Power Of 360 Kw (According To The Energy Audit) Along With Accessories• Installation Of Buffer Tanks• Installation Of Boiler Room Automation• Installation Of A System For Storing And Transporting Fuel From The Warehouse To Intermediate Boiler Tanks• Renovation Of Chimneys With The Use Of Chimney Liners For Newly Designed Boilers• Installation Of A Gravity Ventilation System For The Boiler Room And A Pellet Store. Objective Of The Project Is: 1) Preventing Or Limiting The Emission Of Pollutants Into The Air By Reducing The Emission Of Dust And Gases Into The Atmosphere, Including Pm10, Pm2.5 And Co2, 2) Reducing The Exposure Of The Local Community Using The Infrastructure Of The School Facility (Employees, Pupils) To The Impact Of Pollutants Resulting From The Emission Of Pollutants That Threaten Human Health And Life, 3) Increasing The Use Of Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources Through The Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources, I.E. Biomass, 4) Promoting The Use Of Modern Technologies To Reduce Low Emissions Through Planned Information Activities About The Project, 5) Reducing The Consumption Of Thermal Energy Through The Modernization Of Central Heating And Hot Water. Biomass Boilers Will Meet A Minimum Emission Standard Consistent With Class 5 In Terms Of Pollutant Emissions According To The Criteria Contained In The Pn-En 303-5: 2012 Standard, Or Pn-En 303-5: 2021-09, Confirmed By A Certificate Or A Certificate Issued By An Entity Having In This Respect, Accreditation Of The Polish Center For Accreditation Or Other Accreditation Body In Europe, Which Is A Signatory To The Mutual Recognition Of Accreditation Ea (European Cooperation For Accreditation) And The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Set Out In The Implementing Measures To Directive 2009/125/Ec Of 21 October 2009 (Ecodesign), In Particular In Commission Regulation (Eu) 2015/1189 Of April 28, 2015 On The Implementation Of Directive 2009/125/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council As Regards Ecodesign Requirements For Solid Fuel Boilers. The School Building Consists Of The Old School Building And The Newer Part With A Sports Hall, Connected By A Connector. The Main Building, Two-Story With A Partial Basement, From The 1970S. The Building Has A Traditional Brick Structure, External Walls Made Of Full Ceramic Bricks With Cement And Lime Mortar, Insulated With 13 Cm Thick Styrofoam, Plastered On Both Sides.
