The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of The Programme-Spatial Concept For The Reconstruction Of The Rail-Road Crossing On Rolnicza Street In Piotrków Trybunalski. 1) Reconstruction Of The Rail-Road Crossing On Ul. Rolnicza In Piotrków Trybunalski (Road No. 1542 E, Crossing Category A), Located On 142.811 Km Of The Warszawa - Zachodnia - Katowice Railway Line, For A Collision-Free Intersection;2) Presentation Of 2 Variants Of The Concept (Construction Of A Facility Above And Under The Railway Tracks, E.G. Construction Of A Road Viaduct Over The Tracks, Construction Of A Road Tunnel Under The Tracks), Where Each Variant Will Contain 3 Versions (Sub-Variants) Solutions, In Order For The Ordering Party To Obtain An Optimal Solution. Comparison Of Variants (Including Costs) Along With A Recommendation To Select The Optimal Variant; 3) Obtaining Guidelines/Conditions From Pkp Plk. Are. And Other Necessary Guidelines/Conditions From Infrastructure Owners For The Purposes Of Developing The Concept; 4) Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements/Opinions, I.E. Clear Agreement With The Appropriate Railway Lines Department. Obtaining The Opinion Of The Roads And City Maintenance Authority In Piotrków Trybunalski, The City Engineer Of Piotrków Trybunalski, The Spatial Planning Studio In Piotrków Trybunalski; 5) Participation In Public Consultations As An Expert At Each Request Of The Employer On The Principles Set Out In Resolution No. Piotrków Trybunalski And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pkp Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Project Regulations;6) Technical Support/Organization During Consultations Conducted Via Electronic Means Of Communication;7) Presentation Of The Concept/Documentation Of The Consultation Process And The Results And Conclusions Obtained, Which Will Constitute An Important Element Of Further Planning And Implementation Of The Investment.2. The Program And Spatial Concept Presents: 1) Description Of The Existing Condition; 2) Inclusion Of The Newly Built Facility (Method Of Connection) In The Local Communication System; 3) Technical Solutions (Based On The Guidelines Specified By Pkp Plk) And Infrastructure Managers; 4) Indication Of The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Infrastructure In The Urban Area; 5) Analysis Of Real Estate Purchases Along With Determining The Scope Of Occupation Of Plots, The Need For Possible Demolitions In Order To Implement The Investment; 6) Analysis Of Road And Rail Traffic (Intensity And Forecasts);7) Traffic Safety Analysis;8) Analysis Of Collisions And Investment Risks;9) Implementation Costs Along With Arguments Justifying The Implementation Of The Task, Including The Division Of Costs Among Stakeholders, Taking Into Account Their Share In The Costs Of Individual Tasks And Investment Stages;10) Obtained Benefits.3.
