Tenders Are Invited For Extension Of The Access Control System At The Offices Of The Office In The Design And Build Formula - Procedure Number 69/Zp/25

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Existing Access Control System And The Launch Of Additional Doors With Single-Sided Or Double-Sided Access Control With Readers Capable Of Reading Mifare Desfire Ev3 Access Cards At The Offices Of The Wola District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Al. Solidarności 90 And Ul. Żelazna 99 And Installation Of The Electronic Key Management System (Key Depository).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Access Control System In Accordance With The Fup; B) Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party; C) Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.4. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order And Performing Activities Related To Electrical Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These People, As Well As The Ordering Partys Rights To Control This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, Are Included In The Contract Template.5. Information About The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Order Into Parts Because Such A Division Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Execution Of The Order. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. At The Same Time, The Warranty Granted After Completion Of The Works Will Cover The Entire Scope Of Work. Additionally, We Would Like To Inform You That The Value Of The Order Indicates That Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector May Apply For It.6. Pursuant To § 3 Section 3 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Conducted Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 250,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Zlotys 00/100) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Informs
