Partial Task No. 1 - Adjustment Of The Nursing Home In Limanowa To Fire Protection Conditions1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Social Welfare Home In Limanowa In Terms Of Fire Protection. 2. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: A) General Construction Works: - Replacement Of Door Frames, - Replacement Of Window Frames, - Replacement Of Lintels, - Installation Of Smoke Exhaust Flaps, - Painting Of Walls And Ceilings; B) Installation Works In The Field Of: - Fire Alarm System, - Installation Of Emergency Evacuation Lighting, - Hydrant Installation, - Installation Of Cutting Off The Gas Supply, - Smoke Exhaust System.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Commissioning, Tests And Checks And To Develop As-Built Documentation, As Well As All Instructions, Signs And Other Documents Required For The Proper Functioning Of This Type Of Facilities And Documents Necessary To Complete The Investment.4. Detailed Descriptions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Task Were Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. All The Above-Mentioned Documents Constitute Attachments To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Subject Works Will Be Carried Out During Continuous Movement Of The Buildings In Question. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Appropriately Secure The Areas Covered By Construction Works In Order To Enable The Facility To Function In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, In Particular To Protect The Health And Life Of People Staying Around The Separated Construction Area. 6. The Date Of Performing Noisy And Burdensome Work Will Be Agreed Each Time With The Director Of Dps. If Necessary, The Ordering Party, At The Request Of The Contractor, May Consent To Work Being Carried Out On Non-Working Days.7. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty Period Of 48 Months, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period Exceeding The Minimum Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Point 20.2 No. 2 Of The Swz.
