Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Development Of Social And Health Services In The Area Of The Bory Tucholskie World Biosphere Reserve Partnership - Chojnice Commune Divided Into 8 Parts.
Part No. 1 Providing Specialized Services - Speech Medical Support The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Conducting Exercises Shaping And Improving Speech; 2) Individually Tailored Exercises And Treatments Aimed At Improving Speech, Language Understanding And Communication; 3) Recognizing Pronunciation Defects, Speech Development Delays And Language Communication Disorders; 4) Supervising The Development Of Speech And Improving It; 5) Correcting Pronunciation Defects; 6) Providing Advice And Guidance Parents Regarding Supporting Their Child At Home, Education About Disabilities And Communication Methods In Order To Obtain Better Therapy Effects;7) Documenting Activities In Accordance With The Project Requirements - A Total Of 160 Hours Throughout The Implementation Of This Part Of The Order For 7 Participants (Children With Disabilities Aged: 3; 5; 5; 6; 6; 6 And 8 Years Old). The Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Support Participants (I.E. In The Following Towns: Lichnowy, Jeziorki, Silno, Angowice, Szlachetna And Pawłowo - All From The Chojnice Rural Commune).
