Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Chemicals For Water Treatment In The Wcrs Aquasfera Facilities At Al. Piłsudskiego 69B And Zkos At Ul. Mariańska 1 In Olsztyn In 2026
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Swimming Pool Chemicals Necessary To Maintain The Correct Physicochemical And Bacteriological Parameters Of Swimming Pool Water In The Facilities Of The Ordering Party: Wcrs Aquasfera At Al. Piłsudskiego 69B In Olsztyn And Zkos At Ul. Mariańska 1 In Olsztyn. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Document Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Products With The Parameters Specified In Detail Therein. 3. The Delivered Products Must Meet The Specifications Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractors Offer, And In Particular Be Products: A) Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Admitted For Trading. The Contractor Must Deliver The Pool Chemicals As A New Product, In Original, Factory-Sealed, Returnable Packaging, Adapted For The Transport And Storage Of Chemicals; B) All Product Packaging Must Have Labels In Polish With The Name Of The Product, Instructions For Use And Safety Of Use, Capacity And Production Date With Expiration Date; C) With A Minimum Warranty Period (Validity Of The Substance) Of 12 Months From The Production Date, However, The Offered Product Cannot Have A Warranty Shorter Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Required Minimum Warranty Period (Validity Of The Substance) Does Not Apply To: Stabilized Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite, Which Should Have A Minimum Chlorine Content Of 150 - 160G/L During The Entire 6-Month Warranty Period; D) In Accordance With The Conditions Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions And The Standards And Quality Standards Applicable In The Industry For This Type Of Products. 4. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. 5. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And That The Contractor Provide The Companies Of Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 6. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Relieve The Contractor Of Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order. 7. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order Should Be Understood As Delegating To A Subcontractor The Implementation Of Insurance Coverage Within One Of The Elements Of The Scope Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Not Investigate Whether There Are Grounds For Exclusion Indicated In This Tor Against A Subcontractor Who Is Not An Entity Providing Resources. 8. If There Are Grounds For Exclusion Against A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Demands That The Contractor Replace The Subcontractor Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Not Allowing The Subcontractor To Perform Part Of The Order. If The Change Or Resignation From The Subcontractor Concerns The Entity Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In A
