1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Construction Of An Elevator In The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 1 In Rawicz As Part Of The Task Entitled Supporting Infrastructure And Improving The Accessibility Of Primary Schools In The Rawicz Commune2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Develop An Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs And Obtain All Opinions And Arrangements (Including A Conservation Permit) Enabling Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit (If Required) Or Reporting The Works, Including Arrangements With Fire, Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety Experts, And Other Required Experts; 2) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities In The Cost Estimate System; 3) Performing A Calculation Of The Works With Providing The Valuation And Price Components;4) Developing The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;5) Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Completed Designs;6) Preparing The As-Built Documentation Of The Task;7) Carrying Out Other Necessary Works Accompanying The Proper Execution Of The Order.3. The Scope Of Work For The Implementation Of This Order, Within The Proposed Price, Includes In Particular: 1) In The Scope Of Design Work: A) Obtaining, Collecting And Verifying All Data Necessary For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Subsequent Implementation Of Construction Works, B) Carrying Out Soil And Water Tests On The Construction Site, At The Site Of The Shaft Construction, For The Purpose Of Founding The Elevator Shaft, C) Assessing The Technical Condition Of Structural Elements At The Location Of The Elevator Shaft, D) Performing The Necessary Pre-Design Works, Excavations, Etc., E) Carrying Out An Inventory Of Parts Of The Building Subject To Demolition, Reconstruction And Expansion In Terms Of The Architecture Of The Structure, Installations And Devices, F) Developing Design Documentation For An Elevator Shaft, G) Developing Design Documentation For A Passenger Lift, H) Performing All Other Works Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, I) Developing An Architectural And Construction Design, Bioz Plan, Technical Designs, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Decision (If Required) Or Notification Works, Including Arrangements With Fire, Sanitation And Health And Safety Experts, And Other Required Conservation Permits, J) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Prepared On The Basis Of General Technical Specifications, Taking Into Account The Requirements For All Types Of Designed Works, K) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate, L) Notifying The Relevant Authorities Of The Intention To Commence Construction Works, M) Taking Into Account The Employers Comments And Suggestions - Until The Final Version Of The Documentation Is Approved.
