The Contractors Tasks Will Include Support And Advice In The Preparation Of Documentation For A Public Procurement For Drilling A Well, Providing Geological Supervision And Supervision, Advice And Supervision Over The Drilling Of A Thermal Water Exploration And Appraisal Well, Development And Approval Of Hydrogeological Documentation Or Development Of Other Documentation, Performance Of Laboratory Tests And Support In Preparing The Settlement Of The Project To The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management (Nfośigw).2. Act Of June 9, 2011, Geological And Mining Law (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1290 - Consolidated Text, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Pgg Act, Based On The Operation Plan Of The Plant Performing Geological Works, With The Appropriate Application Of The Provisions Relating To The Mining Plant And Its Operation And Mine Rescue.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Cooperation In The Development Of Documentation For The Public Procurement Procedure Aimed At Selecting A Drilling Company To Drill The Narol Gt-1 Thermal Well And Support In Preparing The Settlement Of The Project With The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management (Nfośigw), 2) Carrying Out Geological Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Industry Standards, Including Making Decisions And Recommending To The Ordering Party Solutions Necessary During The Performance Of All Works And Works Specified In Prg, Taking Into Account The Necessary Modifications Resulting From The Actual Geological And Hydrogeological Conditions And The Current Results Obtained During The Drilling Of The Geothermal Well, Until The Actual And Formal Completion Of The Works, Including Taking Actions Aimed At Protecting The Interests Of The Ordering Party, 3) Exercising 24-Hour Geological Supervision In A Multi-Shift Continuous Operation System During The Performance Of
