The Task Includes, Among Others: Soil Preparation, Purchase And Delivery Of Nursery Material, Planting Nursery Material Of Native Species In Indicated Places. In Addition, The Task Includes Securing Nursery Material By Staking, Maintaining The Plantings For Two Years And All Other Materials And Work Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Service Specification - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Subject Means Of Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Means Of Evidence In The Proceedings In Question. In The Case Of The Use Of Materials, Devices, Products Or Solutions Equivalent Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation. Equivalent Solutions.1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 2.
