The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of 3 Stair Platforms With Replacement Of Railings As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled Increasing The Accessibility Of The Kornel Makuszyński Primary School In Koszyce. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Stair Platforms And Replacement Of Railings In The Building Of The Primary School. Kornel Makuszyński In Koszyce. School Address: Ul. Marii Skłodowskiej - Curie 4A, 32-130 Koszyce, Proszowice Poviat, Koszyce Commune Scope Of Work: 1. Delivery And Installation Of Three Stair Platforms Located In The Main Staircases, Enabling People With Disabilities Easy Access To Various Levels Of The Building, Including Connection To The Electrical Network 2. Replacement Of Railings In Accordance With Accessibility Standards3. Preparation Of The Surface For The Installation Of Platforms4. Carrying Out Measurements, Testing The Installation 5. Commissioning The Device;6. Certification Of The Platform, Receipt Of Registration And Approval For Use By The Office Of Technical Inspection.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: - Complete And Submit To The Ordering Party Technical And Registration Documentation For 3 Pieces Of Internal Stair Platforms Along With All Necessary And Required Legal Provisions, Arrangements And Notifications, And Submit To The Ordering Party Warranty Cards Of The Device Manufacturer; - Submitting An Application And Having The Platforms Accepted By The Office Of Technical Inspection On Behalf Of The Ordering Party - To Participate In The Udt Registration Examination - Training Designated Employees Of The Educational Institution In The Basic Operation Of The Platforms No Later Than On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract;4. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Remove On An Ongoing Basis All Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage And Other Contamination Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Undertakes To: Appropriately Secure The Assembly Site, Perform The Assembly In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, And Also Not To Disturb The Existing Structure Of The Building And Installations Not Included In The Scope Of Assembly That Are The Subject Of The Contract During The Assembly, Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Financial Consequences For The Contractor.6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Simplified Documentation In The Part Relating Only To This Order, In Accordance With All Applicable Legal Acts And Standards Relevant To The Subject Of The Order And Under The Conditions Contained In The Draft Agreement.7.
