In Connection With The Decision No. Dt.Wuke.420.536.2025.(3) Of November 13, 2025 Issued By The Minister Of Digital Affairs, Under Which The Ordering Party Was Formally Released From The Statutory Obligation To Build A Technological Duct As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By This Investment Does Not Include The Construction Of A Technological Duct.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Executive Design - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor) In The Road Area Of National Roads 60 And 92 - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; 4) Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor) In The Road Lane Of Municipal Road 102662E - Annex No. 1D To The Swz; (Note: Permanent Traffic Organization Should Be Implemented In The Scope Of Stage No. 1)5) Bill Of Quantities - Stage 1 - Annex No. 1E To The Swz; (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities As Illustrative And Informational Material.
