In Connection With The Decision No. Dt.Wuke.420.536.2025.(3) Of November 13, 2025 Issued By The Minister Of Digital Affairs, Under Which The Ordering Party Was Formally Released From The Statutory Obligation To Build A Technological Duct As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By This Investment Does Not Include The Construction Of A Technological Duct.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Executive Design - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor) In The Road Area Of National Roads 60 And 92 - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; 4) Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor) In The Road Lane Of Municipal Road 102662E - Annex No. 1D To The Swz; (Note: Permanent Traffic Organization Should Be Implemented In The Scope Of Stage No. 1)5) Bill Of Quantities - Stage 1 - Annex No. 1E To The Swz; (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities As Illustrative And Informational Material. The Basis For Determining The Offer Price Is Ultimately The Detailed Design, Sst, Sor And The Draft Contract)6) Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Date Of The Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer). 2) The Warranty And Guarantee Covers All Elements Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, In Particular: A) Construction Works; B) Installation Works; C) Assembly Works; D) Completed Installations; E) Devices Delivered And Installed As Part Of The Contract. Information About The Local Visition Or Checking Documents Necessary To Implement The Order: Due To The Publicly Accessible Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is Located, Contractors May Familiarize Themselves With The Terms And Conditions Of The Order At The Places Where Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Performed Without Prior Notification To The Ordering Party Of The Planned On-Site Visit.
