B) E-Service Consisting In Submitting An Application For The Assessment Of Damage To Crops And Agricultural Products Caused By Game Animals. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Were Specified By The Ordering Party In The Draft Contract Constituting, Together With The Technical Conditions, Annex No. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, But Does Not Specify The Requirements For The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
