Detailed Scope Of The Task: Execution Of Construction Works Under The Name: Providing Access For People With Disabilities To Rooms: A0, A13, A14, A08/223, 013/230, 011/231 From Segment F Of The Building Of The Częstochowa University Of Technology Was Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Design Documentation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And The Bills Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz. 1. Warranty And Warranty: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 36 Months, With The Exception Of The Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order, For Which The Warranty Is Provided By The Manufacturer. In The Case Of Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Warranty Period Is In Accordance With The Terms Of The Manufacturers Warranty, But Not Shorter Than 36 Months Orders.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Compliance With The Principles Of Ensuring Accessibility In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, And Other Regulations Related To The Subject Of The Contract. The Attached Documentation Is Subject To Mandatory Verification By The Contractor. This Does Not Exclude The Obligation To Perform Demolition And Accompanying Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Order Would Not Be Ready For Operation Without Reducing The Value In Use.3. The Documentation May Only Be Used By The Contractor To Prepare The Offer And Correct Valuation Of The Order.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Documentation, Check Its Completeness And Verify It Should Clarify With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, In The Manner Specified In This Specification. 6. The Price Specified In The Offer For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum Price That Is Not Subject To Verification, As A Result Of Which The Need To Perform Additional Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Order Could Not Be Completed And Which The Contractor Had Not Previously Anticipated, Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration - It Will Not Constitute Grounds For Increasing The Price Specified In The Offer, Subject To The Reservation Described In The Draft Contract Attached To The Swz.
