The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Single-Story Building With An Unused Attic, Without A Basement, A Gable Roof With A Symmetrical Roof Slope Of 40º, A Brick-Colored Ceramic Tile Roof With Equipment, And A Photovoltaic Installation. The Buildings Shape Is Based On A Rectangular Plan. The Area Should Also Be Developed In The Form Of An Exit From The District Road, An Access Road, Parking Spaces And Lighting Of The Area And Low Greenery, A 3D Panel Fence (Fi-4Mm) With A Gray System Foundation. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Comprehensive Surveying Services For Completed Facilities And Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit From The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Polkowice. The Above Works Should Be Performed On The Basis Of A Technical Design And Industry-Specific Architectural And Installation Studies, Which Complement Each Other And Constitute The Basis For The Execution Of The Works. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Works Should Be Performed Under The Authors Supervision, By Qualified Personnel With The Required Authorizations.
