Przedmiotem Zamówienia Jest:1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Warranty Service Based On It Of A Photovoltaic Installation Not Exceeding 50Kwp Installed On Carports Delivered And Installed By The Contractor. 2. The Exact Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered, Installed And Put Into Operation At The Wodnik Swimming Pool In Paniówki At Ul. Gliwickiej 11B W Paniówkach .4. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Specificity Of The Order Consisting In Comprehensive Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Delivered Carports. Allowing More Than One Entity To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract Would Make The Task More Difficult For Organizational, Technical, Legal And Liability Reasons. Moreover, The Contract Is Suitable For Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, So The Lack Of Dividing The Task Into Parts Does Not In Any Way Lead To Restriction Of Competition In The Procedure.6. The Terms Of Financing The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified By The Ordering Party In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz7. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Implementation, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26/06/1974 - Labor Code. Due To The Specificity Of The Order (Delivery), The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract.
