1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Support For The Efficient Management Of Water Resources In The Biała Rawska Commune. The Task Consists Of Four Parts: Part I - Gis Spatial Information System And Mathematical Modeling Of The Water Supply Network. Part Ii - Construction Of A Zonal Measurement And Monitoring System For The Water Supply Network. Part Iii - Delivery And Replacement Of Water Meters With Radio Overlays And Implementation Of Radio Data Reading. Part Iv - Installation Enabling Drinking Water Straight From The Tap - Drinkers. The Order In Question Is Co-Financed By European Funds For Łódzkie 2021-2027 Priority: European Funds For A Green Łódź, Measure: Water Management. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit An Offer Covering The Implementation Of All Parts Of The Order, I.E. Part I, Part Ii, Part Iii And Part Iv. This Means That: Submitting Partial Offers Is Not Allowed - The Offer Must Cover The Implementation Of The Entire Order. Only The Contractor (Or Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award) May Commence The Execution Of The Order. Procurement As One Economic Entity, E.G. A Consortium), Which Will Ensure The Comprehensive Execution Of All Parts Of The Procurement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.2. If Opz Indicated Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Trademarks Or Origin, In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp. Allows The Submission Of Offers Assuming The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Products Or Equivalent Solutions. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Requirement Of Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites.3. The Use Of A Label In The Opz Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By It, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By It Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party.4.
