Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A P+R Facility At The Railway Station In Borowa Along With The Expansion Of The District Road And Accompanying Elements (Design-Build)
The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A P+R Facility At The Railway Station In Borowa, Together With The Expansion Of The District Road And Accompanying Elements (Design-Build), In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task Referred To In Section 1.2) Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions (E.G. Zrid, Pnb) Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation Or Certificates Of No Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works, If Obtaining A Building Permit Is Not Required With A Finality Clause Or Having Immediate Enforceability, And, If Necessary, Also: Final Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development Or Final Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, On Based On A Separate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party To A Person Indicated By The Contractor, 3) Obtaining All Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Consents, Etc. Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, 4) Submitting A Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works By The Contractor On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, 5) Carrying Out Construction Works Consisting In The Performance Of The Task Referred To In Section 1 Of This Paragraph, On The Basis Of Documentation Prepared In Accordance With Points 1-3 And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge,6) Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Final Decision On The Use Permit And/Or No Objection To Use And/Or No Objection To Reporting The Completion Of Works (If The Regulations Require It).4. The Contractor Should Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 1 Section 4 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), Based On Annex No. 1 Attached To The Draft Contract - Template Of The Material And Financial Schedule.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Pfu Documentation - Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) Prepared By Collect Consulting S.A. Based In Katowice In April 2025.
