1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Town Of Łączki Kucharskie, Ropczyce Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of: 1) Water Supply Network In The Town Of Łączki Kucharskie With A Diameter Of 160-40 Pe100 Rc Together With Utilities From The Connection Point Of Plot No. 3037/2, Map No. 19Ł, To Plot No. 3232/2, Map No. 21Ł2) The Water Supply Network Is Marked On Maps No. 19L, 20Ł, 21Ł. The Water Supply Network Runs Along The Municipal Road In The Towns Of Łączki Kucharskie On Both Sides. The Total Length Of The Network Is Approximately 1.8 Km.3) Pw5 Water Pumping Station With Power Supply And Land Development: (Fence, Access). The Pw 5 Water Pumping Station Covered By This Order Should Be Equipped With Monitoring Devices Enabling The Transmission Of Information To Persons Supervising The Pumping Stations And Hydrophores, Cooperating With The Existing Monitoring, Control And Visualization System Operated By Puk Sp. Z O. O. In Ropczyce Along With The Necessary Expansion Of The Above-Mentioned Master System. The Existing System Based On Transmission Via Satel Radio Modems In The Free 869 Mhz Band Or In The Band Operated By Puk Sp. Z O. O. In Ropczyce 400 Mhz - To Be Agreed By The Operator. Master Control Is Currently Implemented In The Horner Controller, Visualization In The Wizcon Scada System (Control Maestro). It Is Necessary To Envisage The Extension Of The Scada License By The Necessary Number Of Object Variables, The Expansion Of The Controller Application And The Scada System In A Scope Analogous To The Currently Monitored Facilities (Pumping Stations And Hydrophore Stations). Match The Scope Of Monitored Signals To The Existing Structure Of Status And Command Words Of The Master Controller At Least: Analog Signals (Status) - 3, Analog Signals (Command) - 4, Digital Signals (Status) - 14, Digital Signals (Command) - 2.3. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Connecting Buildings To The Water Supply Network.4. In The Event Of Unidentified Field Conflicts, Inability To Perform The Task Using The Adopted Work Technology Or Other Events That Prevent The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation, The Costs Of Possible Alternative Solutions Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Understands The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order As Providing The Plots With A Water Supply Network.5. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged, Among Others, To: To: 1) Provide Geodetic Services, Including, Before Commencing The Execution Of The Works, Geodetic Marking Out Of The Works And Reporting Them To The Employers Representative And The Supervision Inspector For Acceptance, 2) Performing A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Preparing Geodetic Sketches Of The Received Sections Of The Water Supply Network, 3) Ca
