Conditions Of Order Execution. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed Based On The Order Documents. If The Contractor Finds That The Order Documents Contain Errors Or Omissions, He Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact,6. The Required Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 3 Years (In Words: Three Years), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works By The Investors Supervision Inspector Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, With The Exception Of The Warranty For Devices Covered By Manufacturers Factory Warranties, Which Should Be At Least 2 Years. Guarantees For Devices Granted By The Manufacturer Will Be Counted From The Date Of The Defect-Free Final Acceptance Report Of The Works Signed By The Investors Supervision Inspector Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor.7.
