1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Educational Path With Accompanying Infrastructure In Kamionki Małe, Łysomice Commune On A 1.68 Km Long Section. 2. The Scope Of Works On The Above-Mentioned Bicycle Path Includes: 1) Measurement Works2) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes 3) Dismantling The Existing Fence4) Construction Of An Educational Path With A Gravel Surface5) Construction Of An Educational Path With A Concrete Pavement Surface 6) Construction Of A New Fence With Gates And Wickets 7) Construction Of A Stop For Cyclists8) Delivery And Installation Of Benches 9) Delivery And Installation Garbage Bins10) Delivery And Installation Of Bicycle Racks11) Delivery And Installation Of Bollards Separating From The Road12) Establishment Of Green Areas And Plantings 3. The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Surveying Services Consisting In Marking Out The Course Of Works; 2) Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory; 3) Repairing Drainage Devices Damaged During The Works; 4) Other Works Related To The Construction Process (E.G. Location And Regulation Of All Devices Located In The Road (Including Valves, Hydrants, Sewage, Telephone And Gas Wells, Etc.); 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards And In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations, While Minimizing The Inconvenience Of Carrying Out The Works As Much As Possible. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction; 6) The Contractor Provides Materials And Devices Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Having Valid Approvals And Certificates Allowing Their Use. The Transport Of Materials To The Construction Site And The Delivery And Operation Of Machines And Equipment Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor;7) The Contractor Secures The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Employers And His Own Property;8) During The Performance Of The Works, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of His Employees And Other Persons Located Within The Transferred Construction Site Due To The Works Carried Out;9) The Contractor Ensures The Removal And Management Of Waste On His Own;10) All Materials Obtained During The Implementation Of Construction Works (Including Wood From Felling Trees, Rubble And Steel Elements Of Fences) Are The Property Of The Contractor, And Their Value Should Be Included In The Submitted Offer; 11) After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restore Them To The Condition They Were In Before The Commencement Of The Works; 12) Removing Defects Found During Acceptance In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract; 13) The Cont
