Full Responsibility For Achieving The Intended Goal Rests With The Contractor.1.4. Required Scope: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations For The Scope Required By The Ordering Party, 2) Obtaining The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Solutions Specified In The Design Documentation, 3) Obtaining The Required Opinions And Agreements Of Institutions And Bodies Resulting From The Regulations, Including In Particular Arrangements With The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, 4) Obtaining A Document Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works - A Building Permit, 5) Reporting Construction Works - Adequately To Requirements Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed And Approved Design Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, Obtained Decisions And Arrangements, 6) Performance Of All Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Purpose Of The Project, 7) Exercising Authors Supervision; Supervision Of The Works Is Provided By The Ordering Party, 8) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit If Required, 9) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
