The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Land Development, Above-Ground Parking Spaces And Accompanying Technical Infrastructure On Plots With Registration Numbers 728/2 And 729/2, Registration District 0001 Terespol, Registration Unit 060102_1 Terespol, Located At Ul. Wspólna In Terespol. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In Annex No. 2, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: − Design Documentation, − Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), − Bill Of Quantities. And Also In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation.
