The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Provided For In Article 214, Section 1, Point 7: - Demolition And Disassembly Works, - Carpentry Works, - Roofing And Sheet Metal Works, - Execution Of Window Joinery, - Execution Of Waterproof And Moisture-Proof Insulation, - Electrical Works, Lightning Protection Installation, Electrical Measurements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities.2. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include:• Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz;• Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz;• Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Order Documents Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Given In The Order Documents Should In Such A Case Be Treated As Minimum. 2) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
