The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of The Investment Described Below: Construction Of A Technological Square At The Municipal Waste Utilization Plant In Hryniewicze. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare All Necessary Design Studies Together With The Necessary Opinions And Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Or Opinions Of Other Authorities, As Well As Other Documents Required By Specific Regulations, And Perform Construction Works. 2. The Primary Purpose Of The Facility Is Storage. The Order Includes The Construction Of An Open Technological Yard Intended For Collecting, Shredding And Screening Waste With Codes Including: 02 03 04, 03 01 05, 16 03 80, 19 12 12, 20 01 99, 20 01 08, 20 02 01, With An Area Of Min. 1,300 M², Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Waste Utilization Plant In Hryniewicze, Next To The Composting Hall Building. The Square Is Partially Surrounded By Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Walls With A Length Of Min. 110 M And Min. Height 3.00 M, Will Not Be Roofed. The Warehouse Floor Will Be Adapted To Intensive Heavy Traffic (E.G. Trucks, Forklifts, Reloading Equipment, Waste Disposal Machines). 3. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Develop A Concept For The Implementation Of The Technological Site, Requiring Approval By The Ordering Party, And Then Will Develop Design Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Tender Documentation, The Agreement And Applicable Legal Requirements, In Particular Construction Law, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection And Energy Law, And Will Be Responsible For Them. The Works Should Be Designed And Performed In Particular In Accordance With Polish Law And Polish Standards Or Relevant International Or European Union Standards, The Employers Requirements, And The Latest Engineering Practice.4. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Ensure That The Authors Supervision Is Carried Out Until The End Of The Investment In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law. 5. Detailed Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Fup (Volume Iii Of The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Volume Ii Of The Swz).
