The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Called: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Part Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 1 In Wągrowiec - Carrying Out A Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Part Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 1 In Wągrowiec (The Old Part), Which Currently Houses 6 Kindergarten Classes Attended By Approximately 150 Children. The Building Is Located At Ul. Kcyńska 61, On Plots No. Register No. 941, 942/2, 943, 944 Wągrowiec, Precinct 001 Wągrowiec, Unit Or Wągrowiec. The Kindergarten Building No. 1 In Wągrowiec Consists Of Two Structurally Independent Buildings, I.E. The Older Part Of The Kindergarten Built In 1970, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, And A New Small Part Built In 2018, Which Will Remain Unchanged. In Addition To Being Located In The Old Part Of The Kindergarten, 6 Teaching Rooms Are Also Located In This Building, Including: Cloakrooms, A Secretariat, The Principals Office, The Main Hall (Corridor), Bathrooms, Kitchen Rooms (Currently Used For The Distribution Of Meals Delivered In The Form Of Catering), A Therapeutic Office, A Speech Therapy Office, A Teachers Office, Various Utility Rooms, And A Terrace. However, The Building Newly Added In 2018 (Not Covered By The Order - Thermal Modernization Works) Is A Single-Story Building With Only Two Teaching Rooms With Shanties. The Investment In The Modernization Of Part Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 1 In Wągrowiec Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Including Development Of A Construction Design Together With A Land Development Design, Development Of Technical And Executive Designs) By The Contractor In Accordance With Min. Functional And Utility Program, Energy Audit, Building Energy Performance Certificate, Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions (If A Decision On Development Conditions Or The Location Of A Public Purpose - Fire Road Is Also Required), Opinions, Tests, Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Permits Agreed With The Relevant Institutions For The Energy Modernization Of The Part Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 1 In Wągrowiec (The Old Part) And The Construction Of An Elevator And Reconstruction Of The Road Fire Protection (If Required) Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Obtaining A Declaration Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform The Works - Hereinafter Referred To As The Study. 2) Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation Along With Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptance Tests And Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To Use, If Necessary.
