The Detailed Scope Of The Public Procurement Was Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz, Containing, Among Others: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation Prepared By The Design Studio: Marcin Marzec Instal-Tech, Ul. Nowohucka 92A, 30-728 Kraków, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities (Bills Of Quantities Are Not Used To Calculate The Lump Sum Price Of The Offer, They Are Only Of An Auxiliary Nature), Decisions On Building Permits, Decisions On Demolition Permits, Decisions Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Conservation Permits, Permits To Conduct Archaeological Works, Permits To Relocate A Monument, Permits To Carry Out Works Archaeological Research, Arrangements, Guidelines. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz, The Provisions Of The Construction Law, The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, The Principles Of Construction Knowledge And Art, The Current State Of Technical Knowledge And Guided By The Principles Of Economy And Compliance With The Provisions Of Law, Among Others. In The Technical And Construction Field And The Standards Applicable In This Field. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order With The Due Diligence Required From A Professional, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Internal Equipment Of The Facility In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. All Equipment Elements Should Be Brand New (Unless Otherwise Indicated, E.G. Antique Exhibits) And Meet The Quality And Safety Standards Required In The Technical Documentation.
