The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Residential Buildings At Zamenhoffa Street In Myszków.2. The Design Works Include The Design Of: 1) Eight Residential Buildings With Permanent Equipment And Internal Installations (Including A Lightning Protection Installation) And Technical Infrastructure Necessary For The Functioning Of The Building; 2) Connections To The Above-Mentioned. Buildings: A) Water Supply Connection, B) Sanitary Sewage Connection (From The Existing 160 Extension On The Side Of The Municipal Road - Zamenhoffa Street), C) Retention Tanks For Managing Rainwater From The Building And, Optionally, Also From The Plot, D) Electrical Connection, E) Gas Connection, F) Connections For Low-Voltage Installations: Optical Fiber And Television Installation, 3) Land Development (Landscape Design), Which Includes: A) Internal Communication Of The Area: - Access And Entrance To The Buildings, - Parking Spaces, B) Lighting In Front Of The Entrance To The Buildings And The Plot Area, C) Construction Of A Place For Collecting Municipal Waste - Garbage Shelter, D) Landscaping Of Greenery (Planting Trees) In Consultation With The Ordering Party, E) Small Architecture (Benches, Baskets, Bicycle Rack).3.
